They will coordinate group bookings and event details to ensure successful planning and execution, and serve as a liaison between the sales team and hotel operations departments to communicate event and group requirements. The role involves meeting with clients to review event details, timelines, and logistical needs, conducting tours of guest rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet facilities for prospective clients, and assisting with event planning tasks including documentation, room blocks, and operational coordination. Maintaining accurate records of group and event details and ensuring all departments are properly informed is crucial. The coordinator will also support the sales team with client communication, follow-ups, and administrative coordination, and help ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly.
