About The Position

You will serve as a key point of coordination between clients and internal teams, helping deliver exceptional guest experiences from the initial inquiry through the successful completion of each event.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, event coordination, or a related customer service role.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a hotel, event venue, or sales support role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, track, and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and statistical analysis to support the sales team.
  • Coordinate group bookings and event details to ensure successful planning and execution.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and hotel operations departments to communicate event and group requirements.
  • Meet with clients to review event details, timelines, and logistical needs.
  • Conduct tours of guest rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet facilities for prospective clients.
  • Assist with event planning tasks including documentation, room blocks, and operational coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of group and event details and ensure all departments are properly informed.
  • Support the sales team with client communication, follow-ups, and administrative coordination.
  • Help ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly.
