This position is for a Janitorial Supervisor in Irving, TX, responsible for managing a team of cleaners, ensuring work quality, training staff, scheduling, inventory management, and performing cleaning duties as needed. Requirements

You must be 18 years old.
Be able to comply with a client clearance
A valid driver's license will be required for most of the current openings.
A pre-employment drug screen is required for some of our accounts, and a criminal background check is mandatory as well.
You must have at least two years of Janitorial Supervisor experience
Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
Basic computer proficiency
Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a team of cleaners.
Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and any applicable local, state, or federal regulations.
Supervise, train staff, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Create weekly schedules for cleaning staff, including daily assignments, lunch breaks, and time off.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed for each account.
Perform cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restocking restrooms, and trash disposal)
Be available to cover shifts when required.
