About The Position

Gaines Investment Trust is hiring Groundskeepers to support our apartment communities in Irving, Texas. This role plays a key part in maintaining the property's cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance.

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping or related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community
• Pick up trash and ensure all common areas are clean and presentable
• Perform general groundskeeping duties, including pressure washing
• Assist with maintaining curb appeal and property standards
• Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests
