Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in homebuilding, real estate sales or design sales background: (furniture, art, retail, events, jewelry).
  • Real Estate license or willing to obtain at the cost of the company.
  • Expertise in architectural design and an intuitive sense of style that aligns with SHAWOOD's commitment to aesthetics and innovation.
  • Ability to articulate design principles, trends, and SHAWOOD's technological advancements in a way that resonates with clients' aspirations for beauty, functionality, and sustainability.
  • Proven track record in premium home sales, with a talent for connecting client desires to the SHAWOOD experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a client-first approach to problem-solving, turning potential objections into opportunities.
  • A passion for building relationships that last beyond the transaction, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported throughout the ownership journey.
  • Ability to conduct engaging design consultations that inspire clients and reinforce SHAWOOD's reputation for exceptional quality.

  • Continuously refine your sales approach through training, with an emphasis on consultative selling and value-driven communication.
  • Deliver unparalleled service by guiding clients through SHAWOOD's unique end-to-end integrated value chain, from the initial discovery phase through to post-purchase maintenance and beyond.
  • Act as the primary touchpoint for customers, ensuring their experience with SHAWOOD is one of trust, transparency, and lasting satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries with impeccable communication skills, ensuring responses are not only informative but reflect the elegance and prestige of the SHAWOOD brand.
