Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in homebuilding, real estate sales, or design sales background (furniture, art, retail, events, jewelry).
  • Real Estate license or willingness to obtain at the cost of the company.
  • Expertise in architectural design and an intuitive sense of style.
  • Ability to articulate design principles, trends, and SHAWOOD's technological advancements.
  • Proven track record in premium home sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a client-first approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for building relationships that last beyond the transaction.
  • Ability to conduct engaging design consultations.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for staying ahead of design trends.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding unique client desires to ensure a personalized customer journey.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by leveraging client referrals, professional network, and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on evolving client needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Continuously refine sales approach through training, with an emphasis on consultative selling and value-driven communication.
  • Deliver unparalleled service by guiding clients through SHAWOOD's unique end-to-end integrated value chain.
  • Act as the primary touchpoint for customers, ensuring a positive experience with SHAWOOD.

  • Lead dynamic sales presentations showcasing SHAWOOD's industry-leading technologies, including ZEH environmental standards and S-MJ construction method.
