About The Position

The Sales AI & Analytics Developer Intern joins the AI & Analytics team at Rubbermaid Commercial Products (RCP) to build AI-driven solutions that help Sales, Pricing, and Market Development & Planning teams work more efficiently. The intern works as a developer, partners directly with business teams to turn problems into practical solutions, and shares AI expertise to help the broader organization build its skills. Assignments vary according to business needs and project priorities. The role is part of Newell Brands’ 12-week, paid Summer Internship Program (CAMP—Career Acceleration and Mentorship Program). Each intern leads a project from start to finish and presents its deliverable to a leadership panel; the business team uses the project output after the internship. The internship is scheduled for May 17 through August 6, 2027, in Huntersville, North Carolina, and requires availability to work 40 hours per week.
