Our Sales Agronomists deliver a personalized customer experience by executing the Customer Engagement Process, acting as the owner of team-agreed business goals. They identify customer needs to develop the account plan and sales forecast, creating a customized integrated solution and presents articulated value propositions to customers, offering customer-facing agronomic recommendations. This position conducts negotiations and closes the sale plus provides personalized support to customers during the order and delivery process, executing demand generation activities to drive future sales. This opportunity strives to deliver the following outcomes: customers choose Bayer as their preferred provider for their operation; team members run their local business, providing expert agronomic advice to benefit customers and Bayer; and maximize local business opportunities and customer experience by co-creating short, mid and long-term outcomes with farmers and business partners. This is a permanent, home-based within the Agricultural hub areas of New Brunswick, with regular travel required within that territory.
