The Sales Agronomist III will be responsible for managing existing and attracting new customers within the sales territory, assisting customers with proper product selection and use based on agronomic needs, and maintaining and developing profitable customer relationships. This role involves identifying new key customers, understanding their business, determining their needs, and driving the team to achieve sales territory goals and growth. The position also requires managing territory budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, adhering to credit policies, and leading the annual business plan to optimize territory growth and profitability. The Sales Agronomist will implement marketing and sales plans, meet sales goals, network with industry representatives, and serve as the primary customer contact for deliveries, forecasting, credit, complaint handling, and custom applications. Additionally, this role includes leading and mentoring team members, reviewing their work, and providing constructive feedback.
