About The Position

The Sales Agent works exclusively in a Branch Office and conducts sales activities, appointments, and inspections onsite and offsite at the direction of the IBM. The role supports Club growth, profitability, and service quality objectives by selling Club memberships and insurance products. The Sales Agent Trainee provides information about member services and new insurance products. The position is responsible for completing policy and membership documentation thoroughly, accurately, and promptly, while following underwriting rules and guidelines to achieve underwriting objectives. The role offers $100K+ earning potential, comprehensive benefits including a pension plan, and paid training.

Requirements

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills.
• High school diploma required.
• Successful completion of a background check, credit check, and drug screen.
