About The Position
We are a growing Medicare insurance agency in Chicagoland hiring former college athletes (2024–2025 grads) who are hungry, coachable, and money-motivated. No insurance experience is needed. We provide full training from day one, warm turn-65 leads, and help pay for your IL insurance license and certifications. This role offers uncapped commission, where your effort sets your paycheck. The position starts as an appointment setter, with the opportunity to get licensed on our dime and build a career in an industry with a constant customer base as everyone turns 65.
