About The Position

COUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established, active book of business with opportunities for continued growth across its full range of products and services. Insurance Agents take a consultative approach to growing business with existing and prospective clients. They work as independent contractors, building their own businesses with support from COUNTRY Financial.

Agents can diversify income across property and casualty, life, and health products; manage their schedules; educate clients and prospects about products and services; collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors; and establish an office and build a staff. The opportunity offers uncapped earning potential, performance-based rewards, continued learning and marketing resources, and affiliation with COUNTRY Financial’s established brand and family-focused culture. Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Property/Casualty State Insurance License and a Life/Health State Insurance License is essential when a contract decision is made; the licenses are not required to apply.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry.
• At least 5 years of business ownership or managerial experience.
