About The Position
LUV Car Wash is a growing car wash company with close to 90 locations across six states. Its mission is to grow its people, build and maintain strong operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Sales Advisor presents and sells LUV membership passes, builds positive customer relationships, and educates customers about promotions, memberships, and products. The position is non-exempt and reports to the General Manager.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in membership sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to walk or stand for occasional prolonged periods and to stand for long periods during a shift.
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency while remaining friendly and courteous.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
- Must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
- Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to create an ideal service experience.
- Remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.
