About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers in its retail locations. Sales Advisors represent Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, help customers find products and style options, and contribute to the success of the business through customer interactions, process improvement ideas, and special projects. The role focuses on creating a memorable glasses-shopping experience and helping foster an inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
