About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and represent the company’s values and brand philosophy. The role has a direct impact on retail success through customer interactions, ideas for improving processes, and special projects. Sales Advisors help make glasses shopping an enjoyable experience by sharing product knowledge, offering style advice, supporting customers and teammates, and contributing to an inclusive retail environment.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
• Able to adapt and solve problems proactively, including responding quickly to unexpected situations.
• Positive team player who leads by example.
• Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
• Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
• Energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
