About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to support customers and help deliver an excellent retail experience. Advisors contribute to the success of the company through customer interactions, ideas for improving processes, and special projects. In this role, the Sales Advisor represents Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, helps make glasses shopping enjoyable, and supports an inclusive, service-minded store environment.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
