About The Position

As the Sales Advisor, you are the friendly face that greets customers and embody the heart of the brand. You provide high-level service throughout the customer experience, from initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and across the shop floor. You help create welcoming experiences that showcase the brand, offering genuine assistance and proactive service. Working collaboratively with the team, you help create moments that matter. The role also includes processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor. This is a part-time position of up to 29 hours. The hourly rate is $19.00. Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics.
Understanding of store operations and customer service skills from previous retail experience.
Confidence advising customers on fashion trends, materials, and sizing.
