About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and represent the company’s values and brand philosophy in its retail locations. Sales Advisors contribute to the success of the business through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. They help make shopping for glasses an enjoyable experience by sharing product knowledge and style advice, supporting teammates, and contributing ideas to improve retail. The role calls for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with diverse people, and help foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including in unexpected situations.
Ability to work as a positive team player and lead by example.
Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
Organization, attentiveness, and attention to detail.
Energy, initiative, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Interest in fashion and technology.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
