About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and represent the company’s values and brand philosophy in its retail locations. Sales Advisors contribute to the success of the business through customer interactions, process ideas and improvements, and special projects. The role includes helping make glasses shopping an enjoyable experience, demonstrating product knowledge, and offering style advice. Advisors also support their team and help foster an inclusive environment by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including in unexpected situations.
Positive, team-oriented approach and ability to lead by example.
Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Energetic, self-starting approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
Interest in fashion and technology.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
