About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Delivery Expert to deliver orders and perform general store team-member duties. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including potential paths into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members operate store equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, receive and process phone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. Delivery duties include transporting products by car to customers, bringing orders to their doors, and delivering flyers and door hangers. The position involves customer and coworker communication, order entry, navigation, and work in a range of indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the listed physical duties, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, bending, crouching, climbing, and driving.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Deliver products by car within the designated delivery area and carry them to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Use maps or other navigation skills to locate addresses and navigate delivery sites.
Perform general store tasks alongside other team members.
