About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service and represent the company’s values and brand philosophy in its retail locations. Sales Advisors make a direct impact through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. They help make glasses shopping an engaging experience by demonstrating product knowledge, offering style advice, anticipating customer and team needs, and contributing to an inclusive, respectful culture.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
• Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including responding quickly to unexpected situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
• Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
• Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
