About The Position
LUV Car Wash is seeking a Sales Advisor to sell membership passes and provide customers with an informed, positive service experience. The role focuses on retail sales, customer relationship management, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Advisor reports to the General Manager and is classified as non-exempt. Employees are expected to maintain current job competencies and stay up to date on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.
Requirements
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in membership sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods, including standing for long periods during a shift.
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency while remaining friendly and courteous.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
- Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to create an ideal service experience.
- Demonstrate relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Maintain current competencies applicable to the position and stay updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources.
