About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to help provide excellent service to customers at The Village at Newtown. Sales Advisors have a direct impact on the success of Warby Parker through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. They introduce customers to the brand and help make glasses shopping an exceptional experience. The role involves communicating Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, delivering attentive service, demonstrating product knowledge, and offering style advice. Advisors also support their team, contribute ideas for improving retail and the glasses-shopping experience, and help foster an inclusive environment by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
