About The Position
Join the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team in a key support role focused on delivering world-class service and building lasting customer relationships. You’ll assist with project leads and job bidding, while helping grow our customer base by offering smart, solution-driven alternatives that convert clients from competitor products. This position is all about driving results, expanding market share, and making an impact through exceptional support and strategic insight.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the flat roofing industry is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to travel
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
- Assisting with the project leads and job bidding process
- Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, home owners and customers by converting them away from competitor products
