About The Position

Bathing Brands is a well-established, growing organization in the steam, sauna, and bathing space, and the Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales process from order entry through fulfillment. This position acts as a central point of coordination between Sales, Operations, and Customers—ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external customers to resolve questions and keep orders moving. This position is hybrid, requiring regular on-site presence with the option for remote work.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries calmly and professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales administration, order entry, order expediting, or customer service
  • Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
  • Manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment experience

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer sales orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery details
  • Coordinate order progression from receipt through shipment, working closely with Sales, Production, and Shipping teams
  • Monitor order status and proactively identify potential delays or issues
  • Expedite orders as needed to meet customer expectations and business priorities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer order-related questions, updates, and documentation
  • Communicate order confirmations, status updates, and changes in a clear, professional manner
  • Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, or billing questions in collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all customer interactions
  • Maintain accurate order records in internal systems (ERP/CRM)
  • Prepare and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and related documentation
  • Assist with reporting related to orders, shipments, and sales activity
  • Support Sales team with administrative tasks as needed
