To connect with potential clients through phone, email, and social media, introducing them to our exceptional services and setting the stage for our sales team’s success. You will generate new service opportunities for multiple service divisions of Flagship through outbound prospecting, market research, and relationship development. This role is responsible for identifying facility maintenance or lab services needs, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling site visits or service evaluations with Flagship’s operations leaders. A Sales Administrator/ Lead Generator is a sales support professional who drives sales growth by initiating contact with potential clients via phone, email, or social media to introduce services and schedule meetings for our sales team. You will generate new service opportunities for multiple service divisions of Flagship through outbound prospecting, market research, and relationship development. This role is responsible for identifying facility maintenance needs, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling site visits or service evaluations with Flagship’s operations leaders.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication, including active listening, building rapport, and explaining product benefits.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude to meet daily/weekly targets.
  • Excellent time management to juggle multiple tasks, follow-ups, and calendars.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and scheduling tools.
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Outlook, and internet browsing.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Excellent time-management and general organization skills.
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 6 or more months professional experience in a communication role that involved speaking with business contacts over a telephone.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales-related roles is often preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, emailing, and social media to generate interest.
  • Maintain assigned activity quota.
  • Identify potential customers, pinpoint key decision makers, and assess their needs to determine if they fit the company’s target profile.
  • Identify those potential customers based on requirements from the divisions you are supporting.
  • Introduce Flagship’s service capabilities.
  • Coordinate meetings or consultations between prospects and our sales and operations managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations, appointments, and follow-ups within the CRM software.
  • Daily monitoring of Public and private sector RFP pages such as City/County Procurement portals or property management company bids to document where sales opportunities exist.
  • Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments, reschedule, or re-engage cold leads.
