About The Position

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? As a Sales & Administration Support team member, you'll play an important role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. Working closely with our sales team and management, you'll provide administrative support while gaining exposure to multiple departments throughout the dealership. This is a full-time, 11-month term position ending in July 2027.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience and enjoy working in a professional, team-oriented environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Eager to learn and have an interest in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy supporting others

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales and management team with vehicle inventory administration, ordering, stock management, and reporting
  • Assist with processing paperwork
  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records and databases
  • Prepare and organize documentation for vehicle transactions
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Build strong working relationships with the sales team and dealership leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned
