The RBDC’s Sales Activator primary role is to increase winning versus competition in Small Format accounts. This role involves driving collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders, maintaining and increasing product range in all stores, and leading market activations to in-store activations for all accounts. The position also requires coverage of a defined territory, effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner, and proficiency in retailer ways of working. Additionally, the Sales Activator is responsible for driving execution of promotional opportunities, pre-selling promotional activity, and ensuring effective communication amongst the RBDC distribution team for best-in-class account service.
