The RBDC’s Pre-Call Sales Activator primary role is to increase winning versus competition in Large Format accounts. This role involves driving long-term sales through collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders, enhancing in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards, increasing permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations, and maintaining and increasing product range in all stores. The position also focuses on business development, including coverage of a defined territory, completing all allocated calls, ensuring effective coverage of agreed outlets at optimum frequencies, and expanding in-store presence through proficiency in retailer ways of working. Additionally, the role drives short-term sales by executing agreed promotional activities, reporting non-compliance, pre-selling promotional activity with a 30-60-90 day outlook, driving effective communication within the RBDC distribution team, ensuring best-in-class account service, and leading market activations to in-store activations for all accounts.
