Requirements
- Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills (required).
- Strong amount of emotional intelligence.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using VAuto to run approximate appraisals (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Identify vehicles that we want to make offers on.
- Collaborate with sales and used car managers.
- Work with customers that are interested in trading in their vehicles.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition customers.
