About The Position

Courtesy Nissan of Mesa is seeking two highly motivated individuals to join their team as Service-to-Sales Acquisition Specialists (C4C). This role is within the Courtesy Automotive Group, a family-owned and operated organization since 1955. The position combines customer service, vehicle acquisition, appraisal, and sales. The primary responsibility is to identify opportunities within the service department to help customers upgrade their current vehicle, trade into a newer model, or sell their vehicle directly to the dealership.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills are required.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems or willing to learn dealership CRM software.
  • Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Nice To Haves

  • Vehicle appraisal experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Review daily service repair orders and customer appointments.
  • Meet with service customers while their vehicles are being serviced.
  • Evaluate opportunities to purchase customer vehicles for dealership inventory.
  • Appraise customer vehicles and present purchase offers.
  • Assist customers interested in upgrading to a new or pre-owned vehicle.
  • Build relationships with customers and create exceptional experiences.
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to maximize opportunities.
  • Generate appointments and follow up with customers throughout the process.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
  • Help customers explore vehicle options that better fit their needs and budget.
