About The Position

AllWater is a rapidly growing environmental services company specializing in aquatic maintenance and stormwater management for commercial, municipal, and enterprise clients across the Southeast. As the thought-leader in our industry, demand for our services continues to expand and we are looking for a driven Sales & Account Manager to join our team and help lead our regional growth strategy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a strong pipeline, develop strategic client relationships, and create long-term value by ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting critical infrastructure. This is a Florida-based position, and candidates must reside in Florida.

Requirements

  • At least five years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management in a B2B service environment
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with a professional presence
  • Experience preparing proposals, bids, or service agreements
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, balancing new business development with client relationship management
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and strong organizational discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the aquatic management industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with municipalities, commercial property managers, developers, or enterprise clients preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and contract award
  • Develop proposals, pricing, and bid responses for prospective projects, coordinating with operations and technical teams to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identifying opportunities for additional services or recurring maintenance contracts
  • Maintain accurate contact and opportunity records within the Company CRM system, tracking all leads, proposals, and sales activity and keeping an accurate forecast and meeting all pipeline goals.
