We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Country Field Sales team. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management. In this role, as a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions. Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
  • Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
  • Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
  • Solid experience with CRM software
  • Result-driven approach
  • Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
  • Passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical
  • Positive and proactive mindset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
  • Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
