About The Position

Account Executive (Southeast Region) Remote – United States | Travel Required (~60%) OTE: $160K–$280K Help modernize infrastructure for thousands of cities. At vialytics, we’re using AI to solve one of the biggest issues in public infrastructure: road management. Our platform helps cities and municipalities identify, manage, and improve road conditions through AI-powered inspections and intuitive software workflows. Instead of relying on outdated manual processes, public works teams can make faster, smarter, data-driven decisions that directly improve infrastructure and public safety. Founded in Germany in 2018, vialytics has grown rapidly across Europe, won multiple industry awards, and recently raised a $10M Series A to accelerate international expansion. Now we’re building our U.S. go-to-market team — and we’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial Account Executives to join us. You’ll be joining us during a critical growth stage with the opportunity to: Own and grow a territory Sell a truly differentiated AI product with strong product-market fit Help shape our U.S. sales motion Work directly with municipal leaders and decision-makers Build a market from the ground up alongside a fantastic team If you thrive in high-autonomy environments and want meaningful ownership, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS, technology, or complex B2B sales
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
  • Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Excitement about AI, GovTech, and modernizing public infrastructure
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for regional travel

Nice To Haves

  • Public sector or GovTech sales experience
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • MEDDICC sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle across your territory, from prospecting through close (note- we do have an SDR team to support your prospecting efforts)
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, social selling, conferences, and strategic relationship-building
  • Develop trusted relationships with city leaders, public works departments, and municipal stakeholders
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve pipeline generation and regional campaigns
  • Help refine and scale our U.S. sales processes as we enter new territories
  • Represent vialytics at industry events, conferences, and onsite customer meetings
