This role involves prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the gated community market. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, accountable individual with experience in cold-calling and closing sales. ButterflyMX offers extensive training and opportunities for internal promotion. The sales cycle is typically 1-3 months. The first 90 days will focus on hunting, with approximately 50% of time dedicated to prospecting and 50% to cold calling, aiming to build and maintain a robust pipeline through cold outreach and partner relationships.
