About The Position

We’re hiring a high-performing Sales Account Executive to own the complete B2B sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing. This is not an order-taking role. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, manage complex sales conversations, and consistently close deals. You’ll play a direct role in expanding the company’s client base while managing a robust pipeline and building long-term client partnerships. If you thrive in fast-moving sales environments, quota-driven roles, and relationship-focused selling, this role is a strong fit.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas, closing deals, and driving revenue growth
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Background in service-based businesses, B2B sales environments, or consultative sales

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales process: prospecting, outreach, discovery, presentations, negotiations, closing
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Drive consistent monthly and quarterly revenue growth
  • Manage opportunities through every stage of the sales funnel
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
  • Understand client pain points and business objectives
  • Position tailored solutions that align with client needs
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Develop customized sales strategies based on market and client needs
  • Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
  • Maintain organized CRM records and activity tracking
  • Use sales insights and reporting to improve performance and conversion rates
  • Work closely with operations, customer success, and leadership teams
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and client handoff after closing
  • Share market feedback and customer insights to improve internal processes and offerings
  • Support junior team members when needed through collaboration and guidance
