About The Position

This role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities. The Sales Account Executive has a strong understanding of third-party logistics and is skilled at selling to senior-level decision makers. The Sales Representative plays a critical role in expanding Port Jersey’s client base and driving organizational growth to new heights. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of third-party logistics.
  • Skilled at selling to senior-level decision makers.
  • Ability to conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Ability to conduct pre-established outreach calls/emails per week with the goal of setting meetings.
  • Ability to develop and execute personalized outreach strategies.
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools and automation.
  • Ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Ability to track and report on key metrics.
  • Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads and engage with potential clients.
  • Conduct pre-established outreach calls/emails per week with the goal of setting meetings.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Leverage CRM tools and automation to streamline outreach efforts and track engagement.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects across targeted industries.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline activity with a focus on top-of-funnel lead generation.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, meeting-to-opportunity ratio, and sales cycle length.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client pain points and align them with our AI-driven digital marketing solutions.
  • Present compelling value propositions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and client strategy teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent messaging.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach activities, pipeline status, and sales performance through CRM reporting.
