About The Position
The Salad Prep worker joins the Parkhurst Dining team at Eat’n Park Hospitality Group. The role prepares and presents salads, sides, and service stations for general dining service and catering, while maintaining food safety and assisting guests in a friendly, professional manner. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00–10:00 AM and 2:00–4:00 PM.
Requirements
- Stand and/or walk 100% of the time.
- Frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
- Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Set up the salad bar, condiments, and soup and bread station; keep them clean and stocked throughout the service period.
- Prepare salads and sides according to recipes and production pars for general service and catering functions.
- Apply and maintain food safety practices.
- Assist guests as needed in a friendly, professional manner, using the Parkhurst Hospitality Imperatives.
- Communicate with management about products and supplies needed.
