About The Position

The Salad Prep worker joins the Parkhurst Dining team at Eat’n Park Hospitality Group. The role prepares salads and sides for general service and catering, sets up and maintains salad, condiment, soup, and bread stations, and assists guests in a friendly, professional manner. The position follows food safety practices and Parkhurst Hospitality Imperatives, and communicates product and supply needs to management. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00–10:00 a.m. and 2:00–4:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Stand and/or walk 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
• Frequently lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up the salad bar, condiments, and soup and bread station; keep them clean and stocked throughout service.
• Prepare salads and sides according to recipes and production pars for general service and catering functions.
• Apply and maintain food safety practices.
• Assist guests in a friendly, professional manner as needed.
• Use the Parkhurst Hospitality Imperatives.
• Communicate with management about products and supplies needed.
