About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support preparation and presentation of salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts. The role involves maintaining high standards for inventory and fresh produce, managing inventory levels and storage, assisting with expiration-date tracking, keeping kitchen equipment and areas clean, and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The role requires transporting objects up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, and working weekends and holidays. The pay range starts at $15.15 and goes up to $20.15, with the rate dependent on relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and properly present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes and efficiently.
• Ensure inventory and fresh produce meet high quality standards, and properly manage inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates on products.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
