About The Position

Responsibilities
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests promptly, and report customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked store with a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
- Supervise employees.
- Train new employees according to company guidelines.
- Complete and delegate shift duties to maintain store conditions in accordance with company expectations.
- Help employees follow up on daily shift duties.
- Guide and assist store employees in effectively managing food safety.
