Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests promptly, and report customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
• Provide a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Supervise employees.
• Train new employees according to company guidelines.
• Complete and delegate shift duties to maintain store conditions in accordance with company expectations.
• Assist employees in following up on daily shift duties.
• Assist and direct store employees on the importance of effectively managing food safely.
