SailPoint Implementation Specialist
About The Position
As part of Hitachi Digital Services’ Cybersecurity and Identity practice, the SailPoint Implementation Specialist designs, implements, and optimizes SailPoint solutions to improve access control, automate identity lifecycle management, and support regulatory compliance. The role leads implementation, configuration, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) across enterprise environments. It covers identity lifecycle processes, provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, access certification campaigns, role-based access controls, governance policies, application integrations, custom rules and workflows, troubleshooting, audit support, and ongoing operations. The specialist collaborates with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to strengthen identity governance and security controls.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on SailPoint implementation expertise.
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, identity governance, access certifications, RBAC, provisioning, and user lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and enterprise directory services.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently lead identity governance initiatives in large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), IAM lifecycle management, access certifications and governance, RBAC and Segregation of Duties (SoD), Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, Java and BeanShell, REST APIs, ServiceNow integration, AWS, Azure, or GCP, and compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.

- Certifications in SailPoint, IAM, Microsoft Identity, or cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
