About The Position

The SailPoint Implementation Specialist works within Hitachi Digital Services’ Cybersecurity and Identity practice, which delivers modern Identity and Access Management solutions to strengthen organizational security and compliance. The role designs, implements, configures, supports, and optimizes SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions across enterprise environments.

The specialist develops identity lifecycle management processes, provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, access certification campaigns, role-based access controls, and governance policies. The role integrates SailPoint with enterprise directories, business applications, and cloud platforms; develops custom rules and workflows; troubleshoots configurations; supports audits and compliance initiatives; and provides ongoing operational support. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve identity governance and security controls and may independently lead identity governance initiatives in large enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on SailPoint implementation expertise.
• Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Knowledge of identity governance, access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, and user lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and enterprise directory services.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently lead identity governance initiatives in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud; Identity Governance & Administration (IGA); IAM lifecycle management; access certifications and governance; RBAC and Segregation of Duties (SoD); Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID; Java and BeanShell; REST APIs; ServiceNow integration; AWS, Azure, or GCP; and compliance frameworks including SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.

• Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and cloud platforms.
• Certifications in SailPoint, IAM, Microsoft Identity, or cybersecurity.
