About The Position

This position involves patrolling property areas, monitoring security and life safety systems, and responding to accidents or emergency situations. The officer acts as the primary contact for safety-related incidents, completes detailed reports, and conducts investigations. This role requires maintaining property security and a professional customer-service-oriented demeanor while assisting owners, guests, and associates.

Requirements

Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Patrol all areas of the property and assist with room access.
Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems.
Lock property entrances when required.
Conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
Respond to accidents, contact EMS, or administer first aid/CPR as required.
Assist during emergency situations and notify appropriate individuals of incidents.
Defuse disturbances and escort unwelcome persons from the property.
Complete incident reports and Loss Prevention shift summaries.
Maintain confidentiality of reports and documents.
Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
