This is a fully onsite position. The Safety Manager will be accountable for implementing and delivering results of corporate and company safety and risk management initiatives at both distributor locations. This role involves examining injury and accident reports, assisting supervisors with accident investigations, and working with TPA claims adjusters to ensure proper handling of Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability, and General Liability claims. The Safety Manager will also coordinate and participate in work comp claim reviews, collaborate with management and HR on modified duty assignments, and conduct training for employees on safe work practices.
