About The Position

Bonfe is seeking a high-accountability leader to take full ownership of safety and fleet operations across a growing, fast-paced home service business. This is a hands-on role requiring field presence, incident response, team coaching, and strict adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will lead and improve safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT), conduct site visits and audits, and foster a culture of accountability. Additionally, the position entails building and delivering safety training, identifying and correcting unsafe behaviors, and overseeing the company fleet's performance, maintenance, and compliance. Technology management, including GPS and telematics, and data-driven coaching are also key responsibilities. Success is measured by a reduction in injuries and accidents, decreased insurance costs, high training engagement, and improved fleet efficiency. This role is crucial for protecting employees, customers, and the company's reputation.
