The TSQ Specialist plays a critical role in supporting project execution by ensuring compliance with safety, training, and quality standards. This position works closely with the operations team and customers to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project setting.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and training practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with operations teams and customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a project environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem -solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in the field.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in safety, quality, or training roles within a project-based environment.
  • Familiarity with safety documentation processes and customer compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to support project delivery and compliance.
  • Conduct site observations to identify safety and quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Issue and track Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for project teams.
  • Participate in site walks with customers to ensure alignment with expectations and standards.
  • Verify that all safety documentation —including permits, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and site-specific plans—is completed and executed per customer requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by reporting findings and contributing to lessons learned.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety compliance and project observations.
  • Perform additional TSQ-related duties as assigned.
