Safety Coordinator/TSQ Specialist

The TSQ Specialist plays a critical role in supporting project execution by ensuring compliance with safety, training, and quality standards. This position works closely with the operations team and customers to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project setting.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and training practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with operations teams and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a project environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem -solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in the field.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in safety, quality, or training roles within a project-based environment.
- Familiarity with safety documentation processes and customer compliance standards.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to support project delivery and compliance.
- Conduct site observations to identify safety and quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Issue and track Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for project teams.
- Participate in site walks with customers to ensure alignment with expectations and standards.
- Verify that all safety documentation —including permits, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and site-specific plans—is completed and executed per customer requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by reporting findings and contributing to lessons learned.
- Maintain accurate records of safety compliance and project observations.
- Perform additional TSQ-related duties as assigned.
