Ensures all laws and regulations are followed, making recommendations in order for company and vendors to be in compliance with local, state, federal, etc. laws, rules, and regulations. Continuously monitors and evaluates activities associated with marketing and execution of processes. Revises and implements various administrative policies and procedures including safety forms and report formats. Develops and implements safety programs and training activities for company employees as needed. Develops safety procedures, plans, permits, and reports. Performs compliance audits and implements follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Other duties as required.
