About The Position

This position is responsible for developing Loomis’ SafePoint product and solution configuration and managing onboarding and implementation processes for specified clients’ implementations. This role will also manage SafePoint logistics, equipment inventory coordination, vendor ordering, and planning alignment to ensure the right devices, parts, and support materials are available for each implementation timeline.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of operational process improvement experience required.
Proven Project management and Quality systems implementation experience is required.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 10% is required.
Ability to influence management is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation schedules, equipment requirements, and vendor follow-ups simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree or Technical institute degree/certificate in Business, Computer Science, IS, or other related field, preferred.
Equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Experience coordinating logistics, inventory tracking, vendor ordering, or supply planning is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end implementation, resource scheduling, stakeholder communication, maintaining the implementation process, and ensuring timely, professional installation, implementation, and training of the SafePoint Solution.
Engage with company and clients in a positive, professional, and proactive manner.
Study and understand the product offering and all aspects of the solution’s implementation project plan, and become a Subject Matter Expert on SafePoint and all of its applications and permutations.
Use all existing resources and seek additional avenues to improve your abilities and value to the company and its clients, working on personal development according to the guidelines and expectations set in your employee development plan.
Actively ensure you meet managers' and clients' expectations, driving continuous improvement, process efficiency, and customer (internal and external) satisfaction.
Utilize sound Project Management skills and capabilities to deliver a comprehensive and problem-free solution implementation.
Utilize critical communication skills and influence management techniques to motivate co-workers, clients, and end-user customers for the successful completion of the projects under your control.
Coordinate SafePoint equipment logistics, including device allocation, shipment timing, delivery tracking, installation readiness, and inventory availability across implementation projects.
Work closely with Planning, Operations, Vendors, and service partners to forecast upcoming SafePoint deployment needs and align ordering schedules with client implementation dates.
Support vendor ordering processes by monitoring purchase requests, order status, delivery commitments, backorders, and escalation needs to prevent implementation delays.
Maintain visibility into SafePoint implementation inventory, including units on hand, units committed to projects, units in transit, and inventory risks requiring management attention.
Continually evaluate the implementation process, looking for better, faster, more profitable ways to sell, install, and operate the product.
Establish and maintain exceptional client relationships at a peer level and explore additional ways that Loomis can provide value.
Actively develop and improve upon client relationship management and engagement skills.
Vendor management: continue to push vendors to support customers professionally and efficiently.
Special Projects as assigned by the Product Management team.
Other duties as assigned.
